The core competencies were around desktop and server support, service desk, data centre and IT operations, disaster recovery, network support, program and project management as well as vendor management. These services were complemented by IT training for government linked companies and the private sector.
RNM Solutions was rebranded to RNM Training Sdn.Bhd in 2020
To focus on the core competencies in developing and delivering training content. IT consultancy and support continue to be a key service offering with emphasis on IT Transformation, Cloud Technologies, Digitalization, Change Management and IT Risk Assessment.
RNM Training Sdn.Bhd offers a wide range of training programs for the corporate sector which ranges from basic Business English and Communication to more advanced programs such as Critical Thinking at the Workplace, Customer Service Etiquette and Senior Stakeholder Management and Communication. These training programs can be customized to cater for the clients’ business needs and requirements.
